Pressure Washer Control Head Parts Set Stock Number: ES538412

The washer is a Karcher 411A Improved model '99. Its label also contains the numbers 1.141-153 after the 411A and also Nr 066991. The inlet filter broke up and debris has severely roughened the surface of both the spring loaded pink valve in the inlet passage and the white spring loaded valve in the centre passage of the cylinder head. Are these valves supplied with a new control head or are they available separately and if so how much are they and what are their part numbers? The control head high pressure passage has also cracked but I have mended this temporarily with epoxy resin and restored the pressure but the switch still hunts which I assume is due to the pink valve allowing the high pressure to leak away. Any advice would be appreciated -thanks

Hi, I had a pulsing KB9030, low pressure. Ordered a replacement cylinder head. Fixed the issue. Only problem, water comes out of the detergent hose where it didnt before. I tried messing around with the inlet pipe for the suction pipe. Any ideas what may have happened?

Hi, I have a Karcher K399 presure washer and it has recently started leaking from inside. I have traced the leak down to where the inlet elbow connects to the silver casing. I think it could be the o ring that seals the inlet elbow to the casing. Can you please tell me the part number for this o ring. I have attached an image showing the o ring. Thanks

Help...!!! my K4.99m started to pulse last year but I put up with it (I think its called lethagy) I then left it outside like an idiot (worst winter for years) ....Tried to use it and water poured out from underneath..did a bit of investigation and found that the see through plastic input pipe had cracked....I then found this site and bought a new pipe and an accessories holder clip (did I mention I broke this when it fell over..!) anyway fitted the above and I had a pressue washer again..! but it was still pulsing....I'd tried the air-lock solution but no joy so went down the new cylinder head route...arrived today and I fitted it...aghhhh...the machine is still pulsing..(by the way I can't see any crack hairline or otherwise in the cylinder head...) Any suggestion as to what I can try next would be appreciated...its had a new lance and wands....

I found a socket of just the right diameter to sit inside the plastic part (the round end). The socket protruded above the casting. Tap the socket gently & repeatedly until the plastic part is pushed out. Hope this helps

when switched on it leaks badly from around the control head but all o ring seals appear to be ok.could the control head possibly be cracked?

the triangular seal & 3 small valve seals appear to be ok, could the control head be cracked. it has been working ok & i just swiched it on & it started to leak badly. it is a k 3.99

I have purchased two 4.99M pressure washers in the last 5 years and both have split the pressure head after approx. 2years use.I have just stripped them down to order new parts and find there is a slight difference between them.The newer part carrying the part number 9 036-686.The older part is the same as your stock, will your stocked part fit both machines?Ber

Having ordered the above part from you I am unsure how to seperate the plastic outlet tube from the metal housing that the pressure hose connects to which seems solid inside the housing, Hope the picture helps

My karcher is leaking from the piston galvanised cover which protects and covers the pistons and the suction connection and i not sure if its coming from the traingular seal part no 90814220 or the 3 No. piston gaskets (round and small) part 69640260 or the large round gasket 61.6x2.62 - part no63628260 ? Please help before I order.. Thanks
