I am using this thermostat on a Proline larder fridge, not a fridge freezer. Apart from the two earth tabs there are three spade connectors for electrical connections. These are labelled 4, 6, 3. Which two are for the "warm" fridge connections?

    The usual contacts are listed below, please check with your appliance before connecting. Contact 6 is the live in. Contact 3 is the Lamp out. Contact 4 is the Compressor supply

    No, Your fridge has a PCB fitted at the top of the back Stock Number: ES1247946 that may have failed or the sensor in the lining can also give temperature problems. The sensor is not replaceable.

    The capillary must not be shortened as it contains a pressurised gas. Either carefully coil any excess and fit it near the thermostat body or order the manufacturers original thermostat.
