I am using this thermostat on a Proline larder fridge, not a fridge freezer. Apart from the two earth tabs there are three spade connectors for electrical connections. These are labelled 4, 6, 3. Which two are for the "warm" fridge connections?

The usual contacts are listed below, please check with your appliance before connecting. Contact 6 is the live in. Contact 3 is the Lamp out. Contact 4 is the Compressor supply

I have just bought a replacement thermostat but the capillary is twice as long as the one to be replaced, is there an easy way to shorten the capillary ? 1 Answer
-
Chris at eSpares says...
The capillary must not be shortened as it contains a pressurised gas. Either carefully coil any excess and fit it near the thermostat body or order the manufacturers original thermostat.
