E14 on a Bosch? dishwasher is no or slow filling. For information on this problem see our diagnosis video: How to diagnose filling and dispenser problems in a dishwasher http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/3/1954/how-to-diagnose-filling-and-dispenser-problems-in-a-dishwasher
runs and washes ok, but once cycle has finished water seems to be seeping in so that it fills up overnight. Is there a non-return valve that might be sticking?

Try turning off the supply for a day or two. If the problem stops replace the inlet valve. if it still fills check the drain hose is not allowing water back from the sink plumbing. To prevent this ensure the hose rises up from the connector under the sink up to just under the work surface before going to the machine.
The dishwasher doesn't have any water coming in but is constantly trying to drain. It continue to do so even with the door open. When the filters are removed in the bottom, the propellor there is turning squirting water out.

If the machine says check water it may be due to a flood in the base. For more info see our video: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/3/1985/how-to-diagnose-control-and-programme-issues-with-a-dishw and http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/3/1954/how-to-diagnose-filling-and-dispenser-problems-in-a-dishwasher
My Bosch dishwasher shows check water after it has been running for a little while. The supply hose is alright. Now there is a slight burning smell. 1 Answer
I reset the programme and tried it on a different setting and it worked alright for a little while, but now I am frightened to use it because of the burning out smell.

Check with the link below if your appliance is the subject of a safety recall as there have been some problems with some Bosch dishwashers. http://www.repairaction.co.uk/bosch If this checks ok check the water level just after it starts and again when it stops to see if water is leaking or draining away.

There can be a number of reasons for this noise. After starting a programme the drain pump runs after 3 seconds approx for about 20 to 30 seconds. After the pump stops the inlet valve opens and you hear the water fill. As the machine is finishing filling the main wash motor tries to run, If the noise occurs now it is the wash motor that is seized. If the machine runs and washes but the buzz occurs after a few minutes it may be the solenoid on the dispenser that is faulty.

Check if the machine is connected to plumbing under the sink that the hose is lifted above the pipe as water from the sink may be draining to the machine. If this is not the case suspect the inlet valve.
My Bosch dishwasher has the warning light on telling me to check for water, I've checked both feed filters and checked for kinks in thr supply pipe and all are clear, and it's taking ages to complete the wash cycles. 1 Answer
Any help appreciated
- I had the same problem and found that the cause was the solenoid water valve..this is located immediately after the water inlet . Replacing it is fiddly but not difficult.you may need to replace the tubing that connects this to the rest of the machine,
My Bosch slimline dishwasher has started leaking from the cold water inlet connection and I have replaced the hose washer but it still drips even when not operating. This is exactly what what I am looking at on the base of the rear of the machine so has this failed and needs replacing or is it something else? When i disconnect the cold water inlet this connection still drips presumably from the small amount of water still in the system but i'm not sure what the solenoid does.

We cannot give out technical advice as to what needs to be replaced unfortunately. Please get technical help to confirm what parts are faulty and we will then help to replace the parts.
