I'm having trouble fitting this part can you offer any advise, it is the right part just cant seem to seperate the black inner part from the metal 1 Answer
- It is a tight fit,and as a result pulled of more from the assembly than I would have liked. To remove the plastic from the metal nose piece, support the metal part and apply firm pressure to the the outlet pipe and the whole thing should pop out. On reassembly watch out for the little plunger that's operated by the on off switch,it has to go on top of the reciever.
i pulled the hose and broke the part where the hose connects to washer and cant find the part with the wee filter on your site! 1 Answer
i am looking for the clear part with the filter that the hose attahches too.
- This is the part,it is no longer clear but manufactured in black, the filter is inside.
The clear plastic elbow required is shown in the image attached to the black elbow, the clear elbow has screw fixings at each end, one male to attach the hose connection and one female to attach to the black elbow shown. does this pack include the clear elbow? if not can you supply the clear elbow? Thanks

Hi Techcareuk, this elbow assembly only includes the parts pictured - no clear elbows included here. What I'll need to find the right elbow for you is your washer's seven or eight digit production number, which can be found on the silver plate of the machine.
I have been given a karcher power warsher instructions are saying its a 300m/300m plus, i not sure how old this model is. The part i have is clear plastic wich as craked allowing water to get out

Hi, in order to find you the part you are looking for, I'll need your washers eight digit production number. This should begin in a '1' or a '5' and will be on the silver plate on the washer. Once I have this I'll be happy to find you the part.
I think the inlet elbow (ES538422?) has ruptured. I have had the part out but can see no damage but before removed and when replaced mains water sprays out from the joint at the filter end. Is this a common point of failure with frost or is it likely to be the 'O' ring that is damaged? Do I have the correct replacement part number? If so I will place an order.

Hi Dayk155ed, the inlet elbow is the most common point of failure on your washer. It could well have been that the washer wasn't fully drained of water when you stopped using it before the winter, and during the cold weather has frozen and caused the elbow to crack. This part is a like for like replacement for your K3.99M. Hope this helps.
I have a Karcher K3.99M washer. One of the inlet elbows is cracked - the elbow which connects inbetween the moulded assembly and the water inlet connector. The cracked elbow has the code9.036-684 PA 30 FV stamped on it. Also, your picture has an additional part included, red, possibly a non-return valve which isn't present on my washer. Any ideas ? Look forward to your reply so that I can place an order. Thanks

Hi Matron, this is indeed the inlet elbow that you're after.
My machine fails to achiece pressure and the motor rapidly switches on/off. The valve has dropped into the bottom of the elbow. Would replacing the elbow solvwe these symptoms? Thanks, Steve
