Hi doyzone, it could well be a seal that has gone, but it could also be a crack in one of the inlet or outlet covers. I'd advise opening up the washer and taking a look inside, checking all components for signs of damage, cracks or wear and tear.

Answer this question

I cant get pressure out of the washer water is coming through. Is it a seal that is gone from the gun to the pressure extension ?

Answer this question

Pressure washer leaks badly from inside and shunts when trigger released I was advised by a service centre it was a gasket. Quoted more to repair than a new machine. Can you help and perhaps email a picture of where to find the gasket? Do i need to purchase orings? Many thanks Paul

We cannot give out technical advice unfortunately. We can bring up a line drawing of your appliance if you provide us with your full model details but cannot confirm which gasket you need to replace. Please seek further technical advice, then hopefully we can help you get the correct part.

Answer this question

i have a problem with this pressure washer. i have replaced the lance seals the high pressure outlet seal to the lance, yet my machine still shunts and wont auto stop also the pressure is no where near as good as it used to be.. does this mean the unit is scrap? can it be an internal seal there does not appear to be any water leaking apart from a small drip at the inlet connector and can i access the machine easily for internal seals if need be

Hi, this is exactly what these o-rings can be used for; sealing between the high pressure hose and the washer itself.

Answer this question

I have a internal leak coming from the gun on my Karcher 520m. I have opened it up and found a cracked o-ring on the white valve. Can you buy the white valve as a complete assembly or will these o-rings be sufficient to cure the problem? Also can you tell me if these o-rings are silicon greased as it is a moving part?

Hi Recessiondepression, if it is only a cracked o-ring hopefully this pack will do the part - obviously I can't tell you for sure without seeing your washer. If you do need a whole valve, you can buy it here: http://www.espares.co.uk/part/pressure-washers/karcher/k5.20m/p/1315/877/16/546055/537909/karcher-pressure-washer-p.html
