From the information we have the reading on a Multimeter (if using) should be roughly between 19 and 115 Ohms of resistance.

The element is heating initially and the fan is working I removed the bulb in case it was earthing when hot Could the element be earthing at a certain temperature ?
- A high electrical resistance with the heating element is most likely cause. This could be a faulty failing element or possibly a loose spade connector that connects the power to the heating element which if loose would cause high resistance and trip RCD.
How many wires connect to the element? Is it 2 red stripe together and one black stripe on its own? The connections came off as I removed element. 1 Answer
