Hi just recently ordered elements for both my bottom fan oven and my top oven, fitted the fan oven element fine but can't actually find where to fit the top oven one as it doesn't seem to be visable, the top oven is a grill as well as an oven and works fine as a grill but where does the oven element actually go ? Thank you

    The base element is located between the casing of the oven at the bottom, you would normally need to get to the back, remove the back panel to access the element,

    The top oven will usually use both the elements during cooking and if one or both of them are breaking down then it will not reach the correct temperature, you will need to check them both with a multimeter to determine if they have failed.

  • Yes. You will have to take the oven out of its cabinet. You then have to take off the right hand side panel to access it. Once the panel is off it will be straightforward to test or replace the element, By Shug - Home, sweet home - 14 July 2017

Have taken back off cooker. Do you have to try and remove all of insulation to access element?
