Does top oven of Hotpoint HUE61P cooker have a base heating element as well as the grill element and if so how do you access it.
Have taken back off cooker. Do you have to try and remove all of insulation to access element?

The top oven lower element Stock Number: ES867047 is accessed by removing the right side panel.
