If your cooker is in need of a replacement control knob, this compatible spare may just be what you are looking for! This universal control knob is matt silver in colour and also comes with 5 different sized spindles to help you fit it to your cooker/hob. This spare from eSpares could soon get you back in full control of your cooking again in no time.
Please note: This spare is a single control knob. Should you need a full set, you will need to order more than one control knob for your appliance.
Specification:
- 1 x Control Knob 5 x different sized spindles, (2 x 14mm, 2 x 28mm, 1 x 32mm)
- Diameter: 42mm
- Indicator pointer, (we do not have universal knobs with temperature markings)
- PLEASE NOTE: This universal control knob will look cosmetically different to the original knob

- I cannot understand if this universal could be used, so how come it does not match either you can use it or it does not fit. Mind you we are dealing with gas so we have to be safe .

The correct knob for your hob is Stock Number: ES1094173 This universal could be used but will not match.
The original oval cover on the function selector has disintegrated but the switch is still working. Thank you

This is a universal part and will be suitable for most appliances. As a universal part we are unable to confirm compatibility with specific makes or models.
Technically these knobs fit but how am I supposed to light the gas hob when there's no spring and my previous knobs had springs so I could push them in. 1 Answer

You would normally use the spring from the old knob when replacing it.

If you had ignition before it suggests it's something you have done during replacement but check the ignition switch to make sure it has not failed.
