I have been getting error codes up to do withthe drain (I have cleaned this - no debris to clear) It ran fine yesterday, but will not run now. Thanks.

Hi do the control boards come already programmed. E.g plug in and works out the box. regards steve 1 Answer

This item which is the display board does not require programming, the main board can be supplied as both.
Dyn8164d/l1-80 works ok on some washes but if used on cotton comes up with e16 code and often has e03 code and drain is empty could this be a pcb fault 1 Answer

E16 is usually caused by a failing heater and can cause other 'random' errors so we would suggest start by replacing the heater.
DYN8163D8X/1-8O works down to 6 minutes then stops and lights flash123and 5 works again on restart down to 1minute then on reset goes bacb to 6 minutes. 1 Answer

Our hoover DYN8144D1X/1-80 keeps coming up with error code E03 and E16. It seems to be a common problem. It drains OK and heats water OK. Is it likely to be circuit board. It is only 2 years old and had light use. 1 Answer

A failing heater element can cause these errors so we would suggest you replace this as it is likely to resolve the problem.
