Our hoover DYN8144D1X/1-80 keeps coming up with error code E03 and E16. It seems to be a common problem. It drains OK and heats water OK. Is it likely to be circuit board. It is only 2 years old and had light use.

A failing heater element can cause these errors so we would suggest you replace this as it is likely to resolve the problem.
