For information to diagnose your problem see our video: How to Diagnose Tumble Drier Drying and Heating Problems: www.espares.co.uk/advice/9/2050 It is possible the problem may be the board.

Moisture is detected by the metal strips of Stock Number: ES1567608 contacting damp clothes. If this is damaged or contaminated or the control board has failed it may show this problem.
Tried reset button. Also tried holding the 2 buttons for 3 secs. Checked the red clip is secure. Door is securely closed. All fuses are ok.
- Have just had this same fault on a Beco tumble dryer and there was a bad track on the main circuit board which I bridged with a thin wire and it is working again, don’t know if this is a temporary cure or not but only time will tell.

Replacement should be very similar to that shown in the video attached to this part.
I have replaced the heating element on my BEKO DRCS68W twice since the beginning of December but the same problem keeps occurring - the element is on for about 20 seconds and then it clicks off. It won't heat up again unless it's reset. Could this be a fault with the NTC rather than the heating element?

If the covers are on and there is no blockage of air flow the heater should not cut out and would not need to 'cycle' for several minutes.
having took the back panel off, disconnected the lhs stat and found this was to earth. With this disconnected the dryer works but no heat. Is this a thermostat ?? only the lugs are smaller than the rhs resettable one, and will the replacement have to be a full element as the stats are not screwed on.

This NTC is fitted at the front and is not a suitable replacement for your part. The thermostat you require is only available with the heater element.
