the element dosent have any screws in the front does this mean its screwd in from the back?

- Yes there are two screws on the rear of the oven, You just unscrew the rear panel, disconnect the two connectors and unscrew the element. REMEMBER TO TURN OVEN OFF AT MAINS SWITCH.
