Fan Oven Element - 1800W
If food is undercooked in your oven, it may be due to a faulty fan oven element. This element is the circular element in the oven and can fail if the internal element filament burns out - causing a short circuit.
If this has happened to your element, or you have noticed visual signs of a split, bulge or blow hole on the element, then it sounds like it is time to get it replaced.
eSpares has this replacement fan oven element, which could soon be fitted in your oven to bring back the heat - and get you on your way to cooking those great tasting meals again in no time!

There are no screws in the cavity of the oven it looks like screws are screwed in from the rear of the oven is this possible to replace the element on the main oven of a beko ODF22300X 3 Answers
- I have had to remove the oven from the kitchen units as the element in my Lam 3400 oven is fixed /screwed from the rear.Had to remove the oven completely and take the rear panel off to get at the element fixing screws on the the rear side of the element. IS NOT REPLACEABLE FROM THE FRONT OF THE OVEN.
- Hi, I recently replaced the element in a BEKO OIF22300X oven, and it is indeed screwed in from the back with 2 screws. So, you have to remove the oven from housing, and remove the back panel of the oven, as well as the internal panel. You can access the screws & terminals through a hole in the metal casing & insulation layer.

The manufacturers web site shows the cover over the fan and element is available separately so it must be removeable. Check it does not just lift off or it may be screwed from the back.
- I had this problem too. The main Earth Leakage Breaker (30mA) was tripping after the oven had been on for about 20 minutes. Strangely, when the trip was reset the oven would continue to work OK when hot. Replaced heating element and all OK thereafter.

It is likely that the oven element is faulty but it is possible it could be another element.
It was making a loud rattling noise, this was fine although noisy as it was still heating up to the correct temperature but now it will not heat up. Although the grill is working fine. I changed the fan oven element approximately 2yrs ago. could this be the Fan motor and the element this time? Any help would be much appreciated
- We had a similar issue recently on our OIF22300X, turns out the fan was catching on the heating element which was the noise, and a few weeks later the element blew. The fan may need tightening and the new element is relatively easy to fit (less than half an hour) although on this model you do need to remove the back panel to access the screws holding the element in. I am rubbish at DIY though and I managed it!

If the fan is noisy it suggests worn bearings and may slow causing the element to overheat and eventually fail.
My Lamona 3400 fitted oven won't heat up. Everything else, fan, grill etc works so I assume it is the oven element? However when I remove the cover the screws appear to be coming in from the back. Do I need to take the oven out to get at it?

You would normally be able to change this type of element from the front if the screws in the element go into the back cavity, if it is a bolt then the nut would be on the other side and the oven would need to be removed for the element to be replaced.
I can see screws inside the oven around a plate that appears to cover the fan and I assume the element. does anybody know if the Beko oif21300 can have the element changed without taking the oven out of the housing? 1 Answer
