Some Samsung fridge freezers can suffer from ice build-up and may have a modification kit to prevent this occurring Stock Number: ES1406833. Fully defrost before removing the cover. Fit the brackets onto the back of the upper mounting screws, replace and move the sensor to the far left of the pipework and reset codes as per the instructions. Check and replace the defrost heater if required.
Hello. I just wanted to know if the thermostat can be replaced on a candy cfbf 3050 ak. The sensor disappears behind some tape on the back. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks. 1 Answer

On many fridge and freezers a sensor is fitted to the evaporator plate within the wall of the appliance in the insulation. These are not designed to be replaced as it would involve digging through the insulation to access and may not be able to re insulate and seal the lining leading to insulation failure should you replace the sensor.
The freezer is freezing contents in fridge and is not auto defrosting.

No, the control board is Stock Number: ES901084. We believe the sensor is foamed into the lining and may not be replaceable.
The fridge is working intermittently and I am assuming it is the thermostat. Is there anything else it might be?
