Product Q&A

Ask a Question

As per the other question on this page and your advise I've removed the upper tray and popped it on a short wash. I listened for the solenoid but didn't hear anything within the first few minutes. The wash continued and the drawer was still closed. What are the next steps, I see that the controller is discontinued?

If the solenoid is not working then test it with a multimeter but it is likely to be the board if it is not supplying the valve.

This is a replacement for part Stock Number: ES760356 as the original is discontinued and the replacement will work. If the machine does not 'buzz' to dispense the problem may be the control board.

Check the connectors from the dispenser have continuity to the circuit board (Low resistance). If this is correct it would suggest a control board problem.

We believe the part is likely to fit as there are around 9000 models listed and this is a Bosch part.

Unlike conditioner in a washing machine rinse aid does not change the smell of the load. to avoid smells ensure to rinse all food particles of the plates if not washing immediately. Also try our machine cleaner (see our video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ifWK9df1qgg )

I'd bought this part as a replacement to cure the problem of the dishwasher soap dispenser not opening but unfortunately it hasn't worked. Model: Tecnik E-Nr SE6TIE1GB/13 FD 7908 300134

As both dispensers have the same problem the fault is likely to be the control board but start a short wash cycle without the top basket in place. A minute or two after starting 'washing' you may hear a slight buzz noise for a few seconds as the solenoid is energised to release the door. If you hear this and the door still does not open it may be jammed.

My model is Tecnik SE6TIE1GB/29

Answer this question

Detergent Dispenser e-spares stock no ES481643 IS confirmed as compatible with Neff S5443X1GB/17 dishwasher, but comes with an extra terminal at rinse aid side, for which there is no lead on the Neff to connect to it. If I continue to fit the spare you sent WILL IT WORK? I will not invalidate a spare part if it will never work. If it is compatible why no explanation as to the redundancy of the extra terminal? I would appreciate a quick response to this query please. E-spares order no 4711359

The two connections are for the solenoid that opens the door and dispenses the rinse aid at the end of the cycle and the rinse aid level detector. On some machines the level detector may not be used.

Are there any "first check the" items you may be able suggest to get to the bottom of why my Bosch dishwasher does everything except get hot? Seems as though the water is not heating at all, just wondered whether you could suggest a first instance.... go to....very much appreciated. First rate espares service by the way....10/10

Every integrated dish washer I have come across has the kitchen unit door fitted on the outer panel that has to be removed before removing the door panel. The inner liner is usually fitted to the hinges and is the last part of a door to be removed.
