Dishwasher Drain Pump - 30W Stock Number: ES1548681
High quality spare part for select models of Bosch, Neff, Siemens and many other brands of dishwashers
Hi, bI have just received a replacement pump for my SGV4313/gb12 dishwasher and I can see no way of removing the bottom or any other panel. PLEASE HELP. I have watched the video but it hasn't helped. 2 Answers
- You can replace the drain pump via the removable front panel at the base of the unit. You have to remove the large white panel from the door (T20 star screw head) you can then see more of the base panel which comes away in three parts 1st curved plastic part (to match swing of the door) clipped in then another plastic part T20 screws are one each side lastly metal plate screwed in. Some Bosch machines do not have a detachable cover on the base. You may be able to replace the pump through inspection holes at the front. If not on some machines the only other way is to remove the wash tub. This would be a very difficult repair.

You will need to check for a water leak in the base as it sounds like the anti-flood device has been activated.
I have completed all the checks and see no blockages

I would like to look and see if anything is impeding the impeller in my SGS4012GB/13 Bosch but not sure I can remove the screw from the plastic cover. I want to check before ordering a new drain pump. Hope you can help

You should be able to gain access to the impeller by taking out the filter without a screwdriver, the pump is a twist type so should come off easily.
Hi, I have a Bosch SGS5342GB/17 dish washer and the fitting video does apply to the Bosch SGS5342GB/17. I will buy the pump if I know how to replace it. You videos are great and this is the reason I keep coming back to your site. Thanks in advance for your help Regarded Brent

We are sorry but do not have a specific video on this repair for your model. We believe it is not possible to remove the pump from under your machine but think it can be removed from the limited access blow the door panel.
When my Dishwasher discharge pump starts to run it trips the house electrics. I have removed it. How do I test the Winding Insulation? 1 Answer

You would need a Insulation tester, See our video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=XV6QlTwobLo

If you cannot reach the pump through the gap at the front under the door it will be necessary to remove the door and disconnect the wash tub and lift of the sump to access this pump.

Check by hand that they continue turning when spun. If this is ok and they are not stopped by debris in the jets or contacting plates then open when the machine is running to confirm the water is pumping out with sufficient power. If low water flow run a cleaner through if this does not improve replace the motor or the capacitor.
Will this part fit my appliance?
