to replace two new sebo upright vacuum cleaner wheels.

We believe the wheels are held onto the machine by four of the spokes having an edge that holds them in place. Try carefully levering off the shaft with a large screwdriver.
I don't think mine is working but as I don't understand its function I can't test it. My cleaner doesn't pick up bits from the floor or carpet.
