      Cooker Hood Fan Motor

      If there is a pungent odour left after cooking your meals and your extractor fan is turned on with nothing happening, the lingering stench could be the result of motor failing. A faulty motor will result in the fan not rotating and prevent the air from circulating. This, of course, stops the airborne grease from being removed, therefore depositing it on your kitchen surface.

      Wiring diagram? 1 Answer

      I have recently bought one of these for my extractor, fitted it no problem. But the wiring is different from the one removed and there is no wiring diagram. Is it possible to send me one? (electronically?)

      When I turn on my cooker hood there is a siren noise coming from the housing, could this mean that the fan motor needs replacing? 1 Answer

      Neff Ref: D66B20S0GB. I have bought parts from you before and found you very efficient but I don't want to buy this part and find that it was another less costly problem!

        It is common on Neff ovens (or mine at least) for the fan to start the moment the control is turned from the off position. If the cooling fan is noisy this could give this symptom.

      Well Worth It
      I do realise I had to pay extra for next day delivery for what was an emergency (element in cooker broken) but everything was done to the letter. The element arrived the next day, it was fitted and it was like there was an uninterrupted flow to the cooker use.

      Used the website to order new drive belt for beko w/d which was easy to identify correct part ! Part arrived on said date so was able to get appliance back up and running for the weekend.
