      Specifying the model makes no difference
      I typed in the exact make and model of my oven to find the bulb needed and bought the one it listed. It wasn't even the same type of bulb, much less fitting. I didn't bother to return it because it was £5 and the return was going cost me 4. All in all a waste of time and money

      Great customer service
      The part I ordered was delivered far quicker than expected and was very well packed. Unfortunately, there were other parts of my failed dryer that proved to be faulty also - which meant that, overall, it was beyond economic repair. Espares agreed to me returning the part for a refund - which was processed quickly and efficiently. I’ll certainly use Espares again if needed.
