Or would I need to buy a whole new door??
- You have to pull out the washing machine and take the top off. You can then put your hand down inside the machine and force a bent piece of metal like an Allan key into the latch mechanism to release the door. Make sure the machine is isolated from the electricity supply.

- its an absolute nightmare to fit....so hard to align all holes so pin can go through....Been trying since yesterday and still no luck...have watched the video 87 times and still no luck...may as well buy a new machine..x
- no instructions on how to fit it,its a little bit tricky but a handy person would be able to fit it, also it is perfect for the wd12x machine
