      Packaging let the product and company down
      Delivery of part was on time as stated. Unfortunately the packaging let it down. I ordered a new door seal for the freezer and the first one was squashed in four places. Needed replacing to which I had to order another to replace the first. The second was better but still squashed in the same places as the original. Needless to say I can't be bothered to go through the same performance all over again. Refund on the first seal was received quickly so not too much out of pocket.

      Great products, awful customer service!
      This is this review is based on the service and my experience and not the parts received, which are always well priced and good quality. I ordered from Espares online on Saturday and within one minute cancelled the order because there’s a part I forgot. I then re-ordered the original part plus the new part. I went through the cancellation procedure and received a notification that the order had been cancelled. There is no way to track your order. They make reference to being able to track your order but you are not able to do so. When the order arrived it does have a Royal mail tracking number on the box, but they don’t provide you with this anywhere on their website. They are also totally uncontactable. They have no phone number. They have no email address and when I found an old phone number they say it’s not in use and you can contact them on live chat. There is no live chat. I have now received two items one box with one part in it and one box with two parts in it. I want the one with the two parts obviously but I will have to open at least one of the boxes to find out which is the box I want to keep. There is a customer order number on the email and there is also a reference number on the box, however the order number on the email does not coincide with the reference on the box so I will have to open one of them. I’ve also found out now after looking online that I need to pay £4 delivery to send the item back, this is absolutely ridiculous as I cancelled the order in good time and this is not the point of online sales. A similar service with Amazon you’re able to cancel immediately and request a refund immediately there’s been a lot of additional time wasted and money spent because Espare have a very weak customer system. I appreciate it was my fault originally, however it’s clear they have reduced service to save money and offer nothing back. Not even the FAQ’s are up to date!
