      Poor or no response to query
      Used the online parts search and quickly came up with a part for my washing machine. However when it arrived it wasn't right part. Used online contact on the site and so far still no response back. I have tried to make contact lots of times and have done so since 1/1/25. Still waiting ..........

      From my experience, as long as you start with your device's model number, you can be certain of ordering the correct part which will be the manufacturer's original part and will fit perfectly. If you cannot find the precise part in their inventory, then you will know to look elsewhere.
