      Paid for next day delivery turned up…
      Paid for next day delivery turned up three days later. Package damaged, On opening the package the copper tube attached to the thermocouple was flattened in three places which meant it would not function, not only that the part was not compatible with the make of oven even though I checked before placing the order. Unable to talk to anyone all done by text messages which the service department takes three days to respond. Absolute rubbish. Now I’ve got to try and get my money back.

      Signing on to an account was a bit of a faff, and it would have been helpful to have understood earlier that by registering a product and model number etc the system can automatically check that the part ordered fits the product. ( in my case a door shelf for a Bosch fridge of which there are 20+ various sizes)
