      I read reviews left by other customers that enabled me to identify the fault on our machine, and ensure I could order the correct part. Video of ‘how to’ was invaluable. E Spares gave me the courage to go ahead with the repair, and next day delivery spurred me on! Repaired for less than £20! Result!

      Some initial problems but pleased overall with the service
      I did experience some communication problems early on and the returns procedure postage didn't work initially, but things did eventually get sorted and I was pleased with the goods and the speed of delivery. I ordered as a guest initially, but things worked better once I set up an account.
