Fan keeps coming on and the grill stopped working on a different occasion. The fan runs for a long time when it comes in. fault code F53 is showing.

It is more likely to be one of the thermostats controlling the fan operation, test them with a multimeter to determine which one has failed.
Is this the correct part for when the grill control is faulty? The grill fan is working and the grill will sometimes come on and then turn itself off randomly. The grill has 9 selector position being ‘off’ 4 positions for half grill and 4 positions for full grill. Is this the correct Cannon authorised part? Serial number 609190053 Model C60ETC Thank you

This is the control for your cooker but the fault may be either this part or the control board.
While I try to bake/grill the cooking mode will randomly change (and beep). (e.g. From Baking to BBQ to Pizza to Traditional Mode). It's particularly the worst when I try to use the grill (BBQ/Gratin modes). Also, the modes on the dial no longer correspond at ALL with the actual cooking modes. And it's not even consistent, if "Pizza" on the dial started the BBQ, the next day it wouldn't, so it keeps changing. Lastly, if it does manage to actually stay within a baking (temperature, not %) mode, it will randomly change temperature (usually lower) many times, either every 2 minutes, or sometimes every 5-10 minutes, it varies. It sounds (from the comment above) that I should replace the Potentiometer, but could there be other parts at fault as well? Thank you.

If this part is the selector on your appliance it is likely to be te cause of the problem. It is less likely but still possible the problem is the control board.
I have a cannon oven - model no. C60DPXF and the main oven "switch" inside the cooker facia has broken (blue stick and chips). Is the the part I need. The main oven knob is the last knob on the right hand side of the cooker panel. 1 Answer
Is it easy to fit myself or do I need a repair technician

If this switch is faulty you can replace it yourself but it is likely to involve the same type of repair as shown in this video: How to replace an oven thermostat in an electric cooker - Zanussi http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/1/1428
