I cant find my cooker (hotpoint/creda collection) model number. But inner glass size is 403 x 322. Can I assume that your above spare C00199684 will fit in all respects. i.e. size, thickness and corner configuration (45 degree, I think) is also compatible 1 Answer

Unfortunately we are unable to provide the dimensions of this part. The parts listed on our website are all model and serial number dependant (apart from universal parts). In order for us to locate the correct spares for your appliance we would need the model information requested. Without this we cannot guarantee that the part ordered will be the correct one for your appliance.

The glass panel on most models will be clamped to the door with a rubber seal between them. It is possible on some doors the glass may be fitted with a high temperature silicone adhesive like Stock Number: ES914819
I can't close the door now without holding it at the bottom. What part do I need?

Hi there, it could be any of a number of parts you need for your oven door. Your best bet is to take the door off the oven to have a look. For help doing that, check out this video: http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/cookers-and-hobs/a/1/1334/how-to-clean-or-replace-the-glass-in-an-oven-.html. The oven in the video is a different model to yours, but the process will be fairly similar.
