Heater not working. All else is working o.k. Have replaced the heater and sensors without success. Not sure where to go from there.

    There is another thermostat Stock Number: ES131859 that is mounted directly above the door opening just inside the drum. Open the door and look up to find it, remove the screws and carefully lower and disconnect to check it.

    Remove the top and remove the screws behind the bottle cover and at the top of the control panel then pull off the control knob to acces the timer screws.

I've taken the screws out at the back, but the top seems to be attached to the front facia. I cannot see any screws attaching it.

    Just thump the top front heavily with the heal of your hand to release the top as it slides back.
