Had some trouble identifying required part so contacted customer service. Got a reply that showed they either did not read the enquiry correctly or just didn't want to be helpful.
Eventually I managed to identify what I needed and ordered. Part (new freezer shelf) arrived very carefully packed and fits perfectly.

I supplied the fridge serial num...
I supplied the fridge serial number but they sent the wrong part. As requested l sent it back and asked to be sent the correct part as per their form. Nothing heard then l get a refund. Whats going on? doesn't anybody read emails. What a waste of time.
