Is it fitted in the fridge or the freezer section. I have a strange problem where anything in the freezer top drawer is not freezing. Until I find the fault I need to know where some of the spare parts are fitted.

The fan motor is fitted behind the rear cover in the freezer compartment.
Bosch F/F model KGU32121. The bracket is my problem. The fan motor is fine! Can you supply the bracket only?
