      Hello. The door on this machine just drops as though the springs or fixings have broken. Could you pse advise on a replacement left and right. Thanks 1 Answer

      Christmas saved by eSpares
      No woman wants the element in her cooker to explode just a few days before Christmas. I knew what I had to do and I ordered a new element from eSpares and 2 days later the element arrived and everything was back to normal. Thank you for saving Christmas for me and all my family.

      Espares Customer Services
      I order items within time frame for next day delivery and therefore paid the extra for next day delivery. After paying for everything, the first email I got back stated some items were out of stock, this information was not provided until after payment. The remaining in stock items were not despatched for next day delivery, even thought order was placed within the timeframe. When it did receive my item it was broken and had to be replaced. After contacting customer service, I was told I would get a refund of the next day delivery charge in 3 -5 days. It has now been more than two weeks and still no refund. Poor service all round and would not recommend, apart from the fact Espares seem to be the only place to get some spares.

      The part ordered was dispatched and delivered quickly. The box used to pack it was far too big and was badly squashed in transit. Luckily, the part itself was not damaged.
