Heater element comes on but goes off very quickly and comes on again a few minutes later repeating this process but clothes take ages to dry. Is this an NYC sensor fault?

i can see one at front near filter and one at rear near pressure switch for the water container. Are they both the same value, Both appear to have the same small two pronged socket.obviously one checks filter temperature and one condenser temp.

my heater element and thermal cutouts check out ok this probe has no continuity accross terminals and the heater is not working

    Being an NTC there should by a high resistance between 2k ohms and 40 k ohms depending on the part. It is possible this is the cause but perhaps more likely to be the control module.
