How does one replace the shorter 288mm belt that connects to the motor and itself drives the larger drum belt? Video great for drum belt but what is the technique for looping the 288mm shorter belt over its driving shaft? 1 Answer

I can't remove/slide the drive spindle this item sits on in order to loop the new belt on to it. How do i create the necessary gap to fit the new belt ?

Hi, I'd try using a wedge of some kind. As you'll know the tension roller is securely fastened to the drum, and this isn't an easy fix-it. Hope this helps.
