There are two plastic arms that spring out when the holder is pushed through the mounting hole. Squeeze the arms together and draw the assembly through with the wires. To release the wires push a largish needle into the hole to release the cable clip and remove wire and needle. If it is stuck cut the wire and strip back 5mm before pushing it into the new fitting.

You can use cutters to nibble the wire clamps until they release or cut the wires as they enter strip and refit to the new holder.
