      Popped in the details of the make and model …
      Popped in the details of the make and model required. Watched the video on how to fit it . I bought the bearing . It arrived promptly, rewatched the video, hey ! Presto! I fitted the rear bearing on my indesit tumble dryer. Max 15 min job. Really pleased as it’s non squeaking , and managed to change it before it had completely worn through the bearing ! Total I spent to do the job was under £15 . Bearing , grease and a cuppa tea and biscuit inc p&p. Bought a genuine bearing , so hopefully it’ll last a bit, it’s saved me a couple of hundred. I’ve used e-spare before for oven element . Great service and video again ! Gave new life to our appliances , and with the video guidance , gave me confidence I could do the job my self . One happy 56 yr old woman .

      Received an incorrect item. Awful customer service.
      Received an incorrect item, ordered a Dyson spare part and paid extra for next day delivery, but received a part made by a Japanese company that makes electric motors. The process to sort this out is dreadful. There is no customer service phone number to call or live chat option (not that I can find anyway). Instead you have to complete a form online, then wait 3 days for somebody to reply who simply says “please send a photo of the incorrect item”. Having immediately sent that photo I then receive another automated email to say somebody will be in contact in another 3 days. In summary it’s now almost one week since my next day order was placed and I have not got the correct part or a refund of any kind. This company seems incompetent. I realise mistakes can happen but the process to sort it out is worse than the incompetence of shipping an entirely incorrect item.
