      Awful packaging but great after care
      The shelf I ordered was perfect. However, the wrapping was taped at the edges onto the shelf itself. The very sticky tape did not peel off the shelf so I spent best part of an hour scrubbing the shelf to get the sticky tape off before I could use it. Please package better in future! Since writing the review espares have contacted me apologising for the poor standard. They will be looking into the matter to ensure their high standards are met in future. They also gave me a refund by way of an apology. I call that good follow up service.
