A simple order turned into a challenge. The correct item was ordered according to your parts list. On two occasions, your customer information team gave alternative part numbers, but again, for the fourth time, the wrong part was supplied. Your team attempted to rectify the problem without success. Finally, I gave up and notified your team, and from that day, I was inundated with demands for the item to be returned, which I did. I have yet to receive confirmation that you have received the part transported by the Post Office collection service. Your return system is undoubtedly the most complicated system I have endured by any company. The forms to complete and the hoops we must jump through are excessive and sometimes tricky. Could do better.
