      Returns process
      I ordered two replacement items for my dishwasher then realised they were not required so contacted the company 1 hour later to cancel the order. 6 hours later I received a text advising the order had been dispatched. I have now gone through the returns procedure for correction. I appreciate the speed taken to fulfill the order but was surprised the cancellation process wasn’t linked with the ordering process. Cancellation process appears to go through service department which takes time to line up with orders . I am sure the returns process works fine, I was confused that cancelling the order after only one hour couldn’t be actioned quicker. I paid for a 48 hour delivery of these parts but they arrived a day late, yet the data received stated they had been dispatched on the day ordered??

      Fantastic service
      Fantastic service - tumbler making a terrible noise. YouTube showed me the solution, the eSpares website allowed me to confirm that the part would fit my model, drum bearing delivered quickly, and I fitted it immediately with no issues (I’m female too!). Problem solved, tumbler all quiet again, perfect. No more terrified cats. Highly recommend eSpares, and would definitely use them again. Thank you!

      Wrong parts, no way to phone them
      Ordered Thursday and paid express delivery for Friday. Tracking didn’t work so stayed in all day. Item arrived. They sent the wrong item it is not as shown in pictures and not the right part for my cooker. I’d messaged on Thursday to get a tracking number - no reply. I’ve messaged this morning and it says up to 72 hrs for a response. There is no phone number you can call and no way to chat online and I’m frustrated I am £40 ish down for nothing. I will amend this review if they contact me and give a full refund of items and the insanely high priority postage. If not then I will be taking further. Unacceptable.

      The item was packaged in a box to small for the item. So the packer bent it to fit the box. The item was a oven thermostat, which should never be bent.
