THE TOP OVEN/GRILL BULB WANTED RENEWING, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO TAKE IT OUT ONLY THE GLASS CAME AWAY. I CANT GAIN ACCESS TO THE OTHER HALF OF THE BULB. WILL I HAVE TO BUY THE FULL HOUSING?

It may be possible to force a rag into the base with a stick to unscrew the bulb base. If you are unsuccessful you will need a complete lamp assembly as we do not supply the base only. Be careful wearing garden gloves and glasses.
