The electrical tabs on the replacement solenoid are at the end, the old solenoid had them in the middle, does it matter the sequence for reconnecting them, both wires are grey? 1 Answer

The position of the connections does not matter on the valve.

Hi finch, this valve is situated just beside the pump motor, which itself sits in the bottom cavity of the dishwasher, beneath the filter. You'll need to remove the filter and the water sump to access it.
