Fan Oven Element - 2000W

When I removed the heating element from the oven, there were no wires attached or anywhere to be seen? 2 Answers
I slotted the new element into the same place (2 holes in teh back of the oven) but the oven is still not heating.
- the wires are inside the oven wall you will need to fish them out

I have just ordered this part for my oven but i have taken the element off and not made a note of which way round the wires went! Can anyone help? 2 Answers
