I think we are missing a cover part over the 3rd section (far right) which is the fabric softener dispenser as it does not completely syphon out water. Does this part have anything in the fabric softener section?, or do you have a better picture please. Thanks Alan Model Widl102

The part you are likely to have lost is Stock Number: ES553167 this causes the syphon to occur when topped up.
Does this unit come with the writing on the front piece which gives details of the programmes available? 1 Answer

The programme info is on the front of the compartment drawer. That part is only available on Stock Number: ES1087963
It is a IWB71250UK there are no release tabs that I can see can you help please rory?

The dispenser draw on this machine is stopped from pulling out by six molded 'ridges' underneath the draw that have to pull over the draw housing front. Carefully pull the draw out fully till it stops and then using a flat blade 'help' the back edge of the draw over and our of the housing.
