I have an alternative use and need to use the ring for sealing water leak on a very old water cistern and they do not make the appliance any more. It looks just the type I need.

We are sorry but cannot provide the details of the dimensions you require. If unsuitable you can return subject to our policy listed at: http://www.espares.co.uk/returns
There does not seem to be an obvious groove for the @o@ ring to fit into. I messed the current one by it going into the locking slot. Do you have a diagram that shows its position. Your video doesn't really help as it doesn't show the 'O'ring in place or how to refit the assembly.

If you contact us with the full model details of your appliance, we should be able to send you a line drawing of your appliance which should hopefully help. If you do require further assistance please contact Karcher directly or a technician. Hopefully this link helps: http://www.espares.co.uk/findingmodelnumbers.aspx
I have a Karcher 310. Yesterday the motor made a small "pop" sound and the water pressure dropped, and water started coming thro the vents in the back of the machine (and still thro the lance). Could you please advise what the problem is and what part I will need to hopefully fix this problem. The motor is still working.
