Does this product come with screws, how are these screws kept in the door as the screw keeps falling out? 1 Answer

Hi there, this plate comes exactly as pictured; without any screws I'm afraid. The screws should hold in the tapping plate to the door via the other, threaded tapping plate, which acts as a washer and is positioned on the inner part of the door.
