The cold water on my hoover excel ac327 washing machine is just a dribble and it takes forever to fill up.I have checked the continuity of the solenoid and it seems to read the same as the hot water valve. All pipes in are ok so water input is as it should be.The cold water valve input filter is clean could I still have a faulty valve although the solenoid reading seems ok

If the Solenoid Valve is making a humming sound it means the Valve is clogged up hence why the water is not filling the machine. For a new Cold Water Valve either search with you model number or leave your model number and the Espares team will get back to you with the correct Valve.
