I have a Hoover washer/dryer HNWL 7136 and when using the washer and dryer the clothes are not coming out dried. I don't know if the water is heating up in the washer when I do a hot wash.

Our washing from Hoover model HNWL 7146 washer/dryer is coming out cold. I've taken it out and put it in boilng water and it won't switch. See below 1 Answer
Could this thermostat be causing my problem or is this purely a safety cut out device if the water gets too hot?
