5 Questions and 5 Answers
Do you attach upper and lower filters together first, and then try and squeeze them in. Really difficult without bending it. Or put either upper or lower one in first and then try to attach them in situ?

We think you should fit the lower filter first then one end of the upper before squeezing in the other. If very tight warm the last filter in hot water to help it flex easier.

Use a 'flat blade' like a blunt knife to carefully prise the filter out without damaging the surround.
How do i replace my new product. You have replied before to a similar question and mentioned it should just clip into place. It does not seem flexible enough for the lugs to clip , contact and fit. please advise. 1 Answer

As long as the surround of the filter is clean this should simply clip in place. If it has become distorted then it may need replacing.
There's loads of fluff gathered below the filter that I can't get to, how do people clean this?

The filter grills should prise out and using a crevice tool on your vacuum and a wire coat hanger you should be able to remove most of the detritus. Alternatively Stock Number: ES478317 is an attachment that may help get to this.
