does this hose come complete with threaded fitting to connect to body and fitting to attach to metal tubes(as shown in your picture) or hose only 2 Answers
- You have to buy the threaded connector for it, I had the problem with my red threaded connector being stuck to the broken hose so I purchased one along with this hose. you get the bit that fixes on to the metal tubing, just the threaded connector you need.

The hose I have at present does not Stay in and keeps coming out. If I buy a new hose will this rectify it. 1 Answer
Is there a washer missing in the part that screws to the actual vacuum maybe? I have to say I have had my Henry for years and it has never let me down before. I look forward to hearing from you with suggestions of what it culd be. Many thanks....

If you have checked for a blockage but have not replaced the filters then this is where I would start. After replacing check for any whistles from air leaks.
My Henry has a very low suction, the metal pipes are clear but can't get any suction from the plastic tube. I've tried blowing down it but no use, and because of the bend in the tube I can't insert anything down it to clear it. I've also bought some new dust bags so that's not the problem. Why don't the Henrys have a blow out feature as some vacuums have?

Have a read through our advice centre to see if your problem is covered in there. Alternatively give Numatic a call to ask their advice on what would increase the suction power of your appliance.
