Bosch classixx 6 Model no. WAE28364GB/13 washing machine. When I remove the door to replace the door inner is there a hinge fixing plate that is likely to drop inside the machine?

There is no fixing plate shown on the bosch website so you should be ok.

Manufacturer's do not normally supply all screws. remove one screw as a pattern and try at either a large DIY store or a Car Spares supplier.

If water leaks trap a piece of tissue under the front of the soap draw and check if this gets damp after filling. Also check around the folds of the door seal and the lip that contacts the glass for any signs of damage.
