We would recommend to check the brush housing for blockages and excessive hair. Other causes may be a snapped brushbar belt or a faulty brushbar motor.
The brush bars on my dyson do not rotate is it more probably new brush bars I need it is the d11 model 1 Answer

If it is a 'Turbine model' like Stock Number: ES1060953 this only works from air drawn through the turbine so check air flow and ensure the brush has not got hair and other rubbish stuck around the brush bearings.
